zetVisions AMI

The share-ownership management information system (known by its German initials AMI) consists of over 40 freely combinable, function-oriented modules. AMI uses Oracle technology and, because of its combined PC and Internet user interface. The software provides numerous interfaces, e.g with SAP® and various consolidation systems. Conveniently integrated in AMI is the investment accounting module "account".

Technology

AMI is based on the Oracle database, which can be hosted on exiting hardware with relativly low requirements - depending on the customers needs. AMI saves investment-relevant information - regardless of whether they were imported via the Internet, PC user interfaces or other diverse interfaces - centrally in this Oracle database.

AMI ReportCreator, which is based on Business Objects, is available to all authorized users for the flexible evaluation of these data. The license rights for Business Objects are included in AMI. Thanks to ready-made technical universes, nothing stands in the way of a quick start.

Investment Accountancy

Every value-based change in your stock investment is characterized by documentation and reporting requirements as well as by an accounting component. Changes must be applied and implemented in the AMI information system as well as by Accounting.

This accounting facet of all investment-relevant business transactions represents a second look at Corporate Investment within AMI that is largely independent from the management viewpoint. Many companies solve this task in the general ledger, which can lead to redundant work on the one hand and reduced granularity on the other.

"account", an investment-accounting software integrated into AMI, is therefore available as a supplement to AMI. In addition to reduced work, transparency and fewer errors, the advantages of account include process optimization.
