Reporting for everyone
Investment information can be very complex. In order to make use of them you have to find the best method of displaying. Therefore we constantly improve the reporting possibilities in zetVisions CIM – for any purpose we provide the best solution. On this page we give you an overview which is illustrated in a corresponding picture gallery of screenshots.Organizational Charts
One of the most often used ways to depict corporate investment management information are different kinds of organizational charts. Select the attributes, define the nodes and connections – and visualize the specific information which fits to your request. For example: Mark all companies from a specific country in a different colour, filter the minorities or choose only the consolidated subsidiaries. You are able to display not only quotes according to shares or voting rights but also get an overview about mandates and financial key figures.List reports
For the users in the finance or legal departments we created an easy-to-use method to get access to almost the whole pool of information using powerful list views. Doing this you do not need any support by your IT department. Define the content and the filter criteria and instantly make use of the lists in your spreadsheets.List views
zetVisions CIM benefits in many respects from the SAP technology on which its based. Whenever displaying results to simple search requests these results are presented in so-called "ALV-grids" (automatic list viewer). This ALV-grids themselves provide methods like sorting by columns and export to spreadsheets and therefore can be used for a fast ad-hoc-reporting. Standard reports
With this release zetVisions provides 45 prefabricated and immediately applicable standard reports. These reports allow an easy access to the high amount of collected and calculated information. In projects the customer is able to (and often does) adapt the reports to his specific needs – simply using SAP standard methods without the need to involve zetVisions for each step. The reports can be differentiated roughly in four areas:
- Reports to "business master data", e.g. details on a company, location, person; company summary; company communication details and contacts; list of sureties, mandates and auditors; addition to group / divestiture of group and much more
- Reports to "capital & investments", e.g. capital and shareholder structure; capital history; number of investments; investment funds overview, functions and investments of investment fund; dividends; performance of an investment and much more
- Reports to "transactions", z.B. list of shareholding transactions (released, total); list of capital transactions; list of other transactions and much more
- Reports to "key performance figures & book value", e.g. acquisitions costs vs. book values; history on key figures (period comparison); performance of other capital expenditures; list of key figures and much more
Calendar, emails and task management
A special kind of reporting is our calendar. In the group wide used calendar the users see on one glance - depending on their access rights – the due dates for mandates or dates for annual meetings. Connect these dates with alerts and inform the responsible persons in time before.Export features
All information stored in zetVisions CIM can be transferred to other applications. Different technologies like web services or flat file export are available for this.-
