Standard Reports

zetVisions offers a range of standard reports handling typical questions related to Investment Management via SAP BI Reporting. The standard reports cover details on a company or person and provide information as far as on direct and indirect share ownerships. Data on the capital history or lists of transactions are also available.

Graphical Depiction of Share Ownership

zetVisions allows for the preparation of calculations for every sub-group of a corporate group. The direct and indirect shareholdings are then ascertained in terms of financial and control percentages. Both Registration and Reporting can access these calculations. These information can be presented in different ways:

• organizational charts of the overall corporation and sub-groups (the starting point of the diagram can be freely determined)
• bottom-up graphics (which companies hold shares of the company) and
• from/to graphics (relationships between two companies)
• etc.

Any graphic can be depicted as an organigram or as a non-overlapping tree structure of whatever depth desired. Clicking the mouse on the company being displayed allows the user to jump from the figure directly to more detailed information. The legal structure of the corporate group can be imported into Visio by exporting the calculation results. Once in Visio, the layout can be customized using the standard tools.
