zetVisions AG reappointment of Chief Executive Officer and extension of the Executive Board contract for Monika Pürsing

The Supervisory Board confirms the successful course taken by the CEO with a new five-year contract.

Heidelberg, October 20th, 2011 – The Supervisory Board of zetVisions AG, the Heidelberg-based market leader for legal entity management software, renews the contract for Monika Pürsing, which was due to expire at the end of the year. The contract was extended for another 5 years and simultaneously, she was reappointed as Chief Executive Officer until December 31, 2016.
Thereby, the Supervisory Board of zetVisions AG ensures the continuity in the company’s management over a long term.

Holger Reichardt, chairman of the Supervisory Board of zetVisions AG, justified the decision as follows: "With Mrs. Pürsing we have an expert of legal entity management in the zetVisions’ management with many years of experience and a very good knowledge about the market. This extension of the mandate not only expresses the acknowledgement and appreciation of the Supervisory Board for the performance so far, but also further confirms the right track the company has chosen. The figures speak for themselves."

Monika Pürsing was appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) to the Executive Board in January 2010 and has been managing the company as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since January 2011.
