Holger Reichardt new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of zetVisions AG

Former IBM Executive and ex-Chairman of Heidelberger Druck reinforces the Supervisory Board of the market leader for Corporate Investment Management

Heidelberg, April 30, 2010 ----  On April 23, 2010, the annual general meeting 2010 has newly elected Dr. h.c. Holger Reichardt on the Supervisory Board of the Heidelberg software provider. In the subsequent Supervisory Board meeting, he was appointed its Chairman and replaces Uwe R. Feuersenger who has resigned from office for family reasons after seven years as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Until 12/31/2009 he was the curator of the Klaus Tschira Foundation gGmbH and plays an active role in different non-profit organizations. After his studies in economics and several years in an executive position at IBM (at the end, he was general agent), Holger Reinhardt was Executive Director for Marketing, Sales and Service at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen from 1998 to the end of 2003. Among others, he is member of the executive board of the Friends of the IMU (Institut für Marktorientierte Unternehmensführung) of the University of Mannheim and member of different marketing and strategy oriented committees.

The other members of the Supervisory Board have been confirmed in their offices: Michael Kranich, Investment Director at aeris CAPITAL remains Deputy Chairman, Elena Ordonez, Senior Vice President Globalization Services at SAP AG remains member of the Supervisory Board.
