zetVisions appoints Michael Pausch new Head of Professional Services

Michael Pausch has been appointed new Head of Professional Services of zetVisions AG. He will manage the consulting services of the Heidelberg company specialized in Corporate Investment Management software. As part of his new responsibilities, he will coordinate the consulting of zetVisions customers prior to product introduction. Additionally, Pausch will support the entire lifecycle of the customer relationship: from purchase to continuing customer service. He has committed himself to the goal of implementing and expanding zetVisions as a service provider in the area of Corporate Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

Before coming to zetVisions, Pausch had been Director of Global Solution Portfolios at SAP AG since 2007. Within SAP, Pausch had held various senior management positions since 1989. From 1999 to 2007, he worked for the SAP subsidiary Steeb Anwendungssysteme GmbH, for which he most recently held the position of Manager for Consulting, Service, and Support. Before and during his career at Steeb, he supported SAP by working in development projects, research groups, and review boards. He has been able to apply his consulting knowledge in multinational corporations such as DaimlerChrysler, Unilever, and Nestlé.
