zetVisions CIM 2.5 can now simulate changes in corporate structures
The new version of the corporate investment management software maps investment processes
With the latest release (2.5) of its Corporate Investment Manager (CIM) software, zetVisions AG now offers its customers simple solutions for complex corporate investment management problems. For example, this software solution simulates changes in the corporate structure, whereby budgeting and the implementation of M&A activities are facilitated. In addition, the mapping of a capital expenditure process supports the corporate investment manager from the initial capital request to the approval or rejection of the purchase. Easy-to-use assistants help make even the most difficult tasks manageable. The zetVisions CIM release is the first product resulting from the consolidation of the OpenData AMI and zetVisions CIM software solutions, which is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2012. Currently, almost all of the functionalities of AMI have been transferred to CIM. In this respect, customers have access to the best functionalities of both solutions in one application.Comfortable and user-friendly
A new feature available in the zetVisions CIM 2.5 release is the practical task and follow-up manager. As a template, the user receives predefined standard jobs like “Creating a company,” which can be immediately used. The templates already include information such as, for example, which employees receive what access levels. This supports and expedites the approval process. The follow-ups can be created on a periodical or ad hoc basis. Beyond that, users can also attach deadlines and additional assignments to designated fields, such as the due date of mandates. The usability is also increased through the implementation of the standard assistants, which help the user navigate through more complex problems. At the same time, so-called “Wizards” help standardize and control certain processes like the creation of a new company. Customers can also define their own processes. A further addition is the administration of guarantees as well as automatically or manually created journal entries.Expanded regulatory reporting
The implementation of additional quota calculations according to various accounting standards expands the functionalities in the regulatory reporting area. This means that legal notifications for Great Britain (Electronic filing UK Forms Companies House) and Austria (Legal notifications according to Art. 91 of the Stock Exchange Act [Börsengesetz] and Art. 76 Insurance Supervision Law [VAG]) have been included. For Germany, the nil return according to Art. 56a K3 German Foreign Trade Regulations (AWV) has additionally been included. And because of this host of new functionalities and improvements, Marko Albrecht, CEO of zetVisions AG, is certain: “With zetVisions CIM 2.5, we have created a product which reflects our commitment to be a trustworthy partner and, at the same time, an innovation leader for our customers.”zetVisions CIM is one of only 15 worldwide “SAP-endorsed business solutions,” and as a result, plays an important role in the ecosystem of SAP partners.
