zetVisions acquires Corporate Investment Management capabilities from Business Objects
zetVisions strengthens leadership position in corporate investment management software market
Customers using BusinessObjects Cosmos and BusinessObjects Insighter benefit from new agreement
Heidelberg / Paris – zetVisions AG today announced it has closed an agreement with Business Objects, an SAP company, to acquire its corporate investment management (CIM) capabilities, BusinessObjects™ Cosmos and BusinessObjects™ Insighter and support those customers using the solutions.“zetVisions is a leader in the CIM market, and today’s transaction underlines our ongoing commitment to collaborate with technology companies that complement our enterprise performance management strategy,” said Sanjay Poonen, senior vice president and general manager for Enterprise Performance Management at Business Objects, an SAP company. “Customers using BusinessObjects Cosmos and BusinessObjects Insighter will benefit from the focus and domain expertise that zetVisions offers.”

The newly established zetVisions France S.A.S. is based in Paris and is directed by Pascal Lardinois. Mr Lardinois has over 20 years experience in the market, having previously lead business development and product management at Business Objects and Cartesis. Mr Lardinois is accompanied by a team of experienced product experts who will secure ongoing services and further development of the well established BusinessObjects Insighter solution. zetVisions Belgium S.P.R.L. will similarly act to conduct activities in the Benelux and is also led by Mr Lardinois.
