The Challenge of Corporate Structure Simplification

The current economic crisis has even more pushed the trend towards more simplification in organizations. Not only simplification in business processes, IT systems and bonus-structures to name a few, but also the reduction of legal entities. Idea is that a lean and mean legal structure will not only increase focus on what is of really strategic importance but will also significantly reduce costs and complexity. We as PwC are increasingly helping our clients reducing their legal structures, bringing together all our knowledge and experience in both advisory services, our taxation departments and our assurance services.

We would like to invite you to our Round Table on this important issue, bringing together experiences and ambitions of leading organizations. We are pleased to announce Mr. Bernhard Bieler, Vice President Subsidiary Management of Siemens AG as our special guest.
